Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of cashews soaked in water for a minimum of 20 minutes
- 2 cups of filter water (either cold or hot depending if you want cold cheese sauce or hot)
- 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of sea salt
*You may add more water depending on how thick or creamy you want your sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain water from soaked cashews
- Add all ingredients into vita-mix and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy it on pretty much everything!!
