Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 cups of cashews soaked in water for a minimum of 20 minutes
  2. 2 cups of filter water (either cold or hot depending if you want cold cheese sauce or hot)
  3. 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  4. 3 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tsp of sea salt

*You may add more water depending on how thick or creamy you want your sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Drain water from soaked cashews
  2. Add all ingredients into vita-mix and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy it on pretty much everything!!

  1. It only says 1/2 nutritional yeast. I’m assuming it’s 1/2 cup?? Really want to try this! Thanks!
