 Vegan Butter Recipe.

I went to a site for a recipe, and all I got was a recipe and only the recipe!!

INGREDIENTS

9 Tablespoons of aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans)

2 Teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of Kosher salt

1 cup plus 3 Tablespoons of melted Coconut oil

4 Tablespoons Olive oil (or another oil if you don’t have it.. I happened to have some hemp seed oil and it worked wonderfully)

In a small glass bowl whisk aquafaba, apple cider vinegar, and kosher salt together until it becomes a little frothy then transfer into a blender.

Blend on low and while blending add melted coconut oil, and olive oil (or oil of choice).                                                                       *I have tried this with both olive oil and hemp oil, and personally prefer it with the hemp oil.

Blend until it has a mayo like consistency transfer it in a glass container without a lid and refrigerator til solid! After it becomes solid store and enjoy it as you please. (but careful not to leave it out as it will melt at room temperature, and will not be the same after.)

And just like that, you have some delicious creamy vegan butter!!

I am not sure about the shelf life as this goes fast in our house. But if I was to guess maybe a week or 2.
