Tofu Scramble Recipe with Moringa Powder.

Who cares about how this recipe was born, all that matters is that it was..

Ingredients: 

1 package of organic firm tofu (diced)

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp dried basil leaves

3 tbs nutritional yeast

1 tbs olive oil, plus some more if tofu scramble gets too dry

1 tbsp vegetable broth

2 tsp moringa

Instructions: 

Heat olive oil on cast iron skillet, add diced tofu and let it cook for about 1 minute. Add all dry ingredients and let it cook for 2 more minutes (mixing frequently). Next, add vegetable broth and let cook until tofu absorbs all broth and has a nice toasted color. (You may add olive oil if tofu gets to dry). Turn off heat and serve immediately, and enjoy! *I love to add sriracha and follow your heart vegan mayo. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. 🙂
